Lumi TOEFL Terms of Service
Lumi TOEFL is a practice application for TOEFL-style writing and listening exercises, AI feedback, human review workflows, learning history, Lumids, purchases, and ad-supported rewards.
Acceptance
By using Lumi TOEFL, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not misuse authentication, referral, reward, grading, or leaderboard features.
Practice and AI Feedback
AI feedback, scores, corrections, and explanations are learning aids. They are not official TOEFL scores, guarantees, admissions advice, or professional educational certification.
Lumids, Purchases, and Rewards
Lumids are in-app currency for supported features. Lumi TOEFL may offer Lumids through purchases, promotions, app events, rewarded ads, or administrative grants. Availability, price, rewards, and supported features may change.
Ads
Some features may be ad-supported. Rewarded ads are optional and rewards are granted only when the ad provider reports that the reward conditions were met.
User Content
You keep ownership of writing submissions you create, but you grant Lumi TOEFL permission to store, process, analyze, de-identify, and use submissions as needed to provide grading, feedback, safety, quality control, research, analytics, and service improvement.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with service operation, abuse rewards or purchases, scrape private data, attack infrastructure, impersonate others, or submit harmful or unlawful content.

Lumi TOEFL is an independent practice application. It is not affiliated with, approved, endorsed, or sponsored by ETS or the TOEFL program. TOEFL is a registered trademark of ETS.
Changes and Availability
We may update features, pricing, content, policies, or these Terms. We may limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
